Does Les Échasses grow some of the food served there?
Yes. The estate has a permaculture vegetable garden, an orchard and beehives, and part of their production ends up at breakfast and in the restaurant Le Comptoir, depending on the season and the harvest. Estate produce is supplemented by local, seasonal supplies.
